Running Paws Ickenham is operated by Robert Getty, a sole trader. This short notice explains how information supplied to the business is used.
What we collect and why
We may collect your contact details, address, booking and payment information, emergency or home-access details, messages and relevant information about your dog. We use it to respond to enquiries, assess suitability, provide agreed services, keep dogs and people safe, communicate with you and meet business, insurance or legal requirements.
Storage and sharing
Information may be held in WhatsApp, email, Google Forms, Google Sheets and secure paper records. It is not sold. Relevant information is shared only where reasonably necessary—for example with an emergency vet, insurer, professional adviser, service provider or authority.
How long we keep it
Information is kept only for as long as reasonably needed to handle your enquiry, provide services, maintain required financial or insurance records, or deal with a legal issue. Home-access information is removed when it is no longer needed.
Your choices and rights
You can ask about the information held about you, request a correction or deletion where applicable, or withdraw consent for marketing or promotional photographs. Contact runningpawsickenham@gmail.com. You also have the right to raise a concern with the Information Commissioner’s Office.
