Bookings and payment
Services are subject to availability, location, route planning and suitability. Prices are confirmed before a booking is accepted, and payment is due in accordance with the agreed booking or reserved-plan arrangement.

The essentials.
This page is a helpful overview rather than the full customer agreement. Before regular services begin, customers receive the current Customer Service Agreement, Terms & Policies and registration documents. Those documents contain the complete terms and take precedence over this summary.
Cancellations
PAYG bookings cancelled at least 24 hours in advance are not charged. Cancellations within 12–24 hours are charged at 50%, and less than 12 hours’ notice is charged in full. Reserved-plan walks remain payable because that recurring space has been held.
Your dog’s information
Customers must provide complete and accurate information about their dog’s health, behaviour, medication, vaccination status and known risks, and tell Running Paws promptly if anything changes.
Access and keys
Customers are responsible for providing working keys, access codes and accurate alarm instructions. Keys and access information are stored securely and are not labelled with an identifying address.
Safety, welfare and emergencies
Your dog’s welfare comes first. Services may be adapted, shortened, postponed or cancelled where weather, health, behaviour or safety makes the normal arrangement unsuitable. Where urgent action is necessary, Running Paws may seek veterinary assistance and will try to contact you or your emergency contact as soon as possible.
Suitability and service changes
Group places depend on safe compatibility and may be reviewed if a dog’s needs or behaviour change. Running Paws may suspend or end a service where continuing would be unsafe, unlawful or unsuitable.
